Before I attend a scheduled mass at the Cathedral or if I am early, I usually stay inside their prayer room that is adjacent to the assembly area of the church goers. If you want to pray inside the room, they have provided kneelers and small plastic chairs. I observed that elderly people have difficulty in using the praying kneelers because they cannot remain long in that position. However, I wish they would provide church pews chairs especially for the old citizens who come and pray.

I made a visit to an old friend last weekend. It’s been quite sometimes already since we last saw each other. We have been friends since we were still in college and until now that both of us are working already. Her name is Vivian. I was busy working at the office this afternoon when my officemate told me that somebody is looking for me. It was the mailman. He is delivering a small package for me. The package was from my sister in the USA. When I saw who the sender was, I know the content already of the package. My sister told me that she is sending a pair of shoes for our younger brother who will be having his birthday next week. It will be her birthday gift to him. As I opened the package I noticed that along with the shoes there was also a chocolate for me and cigars sampler for our father.
